We become an Ontario Condominium - the turnover meeting and our first AGM

On October 31st, we received a letter from Wimpey letting we tenant/owners know that on October 14th, Wimpey had registered the development as the 154th Ontario condominium corporation. Wimpey's directors had met and decided that it was now time to call an information meeting and turnover operation of the condominium to the owners, scheduled for November 7th.

PCC154 held its first Annual General Meeting of townhouse owners on November 14th, and followed the agenda set out under item #8 of the information meeting. The first owners' board was elected and immediately after the AGM, the directors met to decide upon the officer positions. Also present was Mr. C. Schulze, Wimpey's lawyer.

As a result of discussions and motions carried, the first PCC154 owners' board consisted of - President - Barry Marfleet, Secretary - Dave Hunter, Director 1 - Joey Brown, Director 2 - Kent Gillespie, Director 3 - Bruce Marshall, Director 4 - Stephen Pettit and Director 5 - Dennis Grimm.

The board set its next meeting for November 21st, at which Dennis Grimm was appointed Treasurer and Kent Gillespie was appointed Vice-President.
