| March, 1977 - Looking northwest from the road beside Townhouse 23. On the left just before the white Wimpey sign was the main entrance in from Hurontario (now a pathway). Behind the photographer and to the left was the George Wimpey sales office trailer. Today's Mineola Road entrance was the construction and service entrance. | August, 2009 - the yellow speedbump is the approximate location of the old Hurontario entrance. The trees directly ahead hide the rear patios of Townhouses 20 to 22. Several of these trees are from Craigie Orchards; the deed of sale to Wimpey included a clause to ensure that Wimpey did not cut them down. |
