Sell or Giveaway

PCC154's Rules and Regulations do not permit us to have garage sales on the property. This rule was introduced in the 1970s because of concerns about local traffic jamming our internal roads. However there's nothing to stop us having a virtual, online Garage Sale web page. In fact, the Sell and Giveaway categories might be the ultimate way of downsizing.

Somebody's junk is often another person's treasure ... we just have to get them together! So where do we start?

• Your name and unit number. (This will not be included in the listing if you specifically request it.)


• Phone number, or preferred method of contact.

I will keep the listing on the website for a maximum of three months, but please let me know if the listing is no longer needed and I will remove it.
