As you can imagine, there were hundreds of 24" x 36" blueprints drawn by George Wimpey covering all aspects of each townhouse model, the development's physical infrastructure and underground services. These were not transferred to PCC154 at the time of the turnover in 1977, since construction work was still underway. But by happy circumstance, when Wimpey was cleaning out its Sales office, I was able to rescue a set of drawings from the dumpster they were using. In 2001, I passed these on to the board for safe keeping.

Sadly, these have since disappeared except for three, copies of the original Landscaping, Contour and Drainage blueprints which are in my possession. Here is the Landscape blueprint showing the original orchard trees Wimpey decided to retain, and the 1977 nursery tree planting plan . . . .
